ACTFL出版部获得使用ACTFL IP许可的官方政策
1. Purpose:
本政策的目的是保护ACTFL的版权材料，同时允许个人和组织进行非商业用途的适当使用, educational, and other lawful purposes, 受以下条款和条件的约束.
2. Scope:
This Policy applies to all individuals, organizations, members, 以及试图使用ACTFL拥有或控制的受版权保护的材料的非电子下注软件.
3. Copyrighted Materials Covered:

5. Review and Approval Process:

6. Permission Grant and Conditions:
如果ACTFL批准了权限请求, 请求者将被授予非排他性, revocable, 在下列条件下使用受版权保护的材料的不可转让的许可:
a. Proper Attribution: 请求者必须清楚地将版权材料归ACTFL所有, citing the source appropriately as directed by the Association and including the phrase "licensed under agreement with ACTFL; © ACTFL."
b. Terms of Use: 受版权保护的材料仅可用于非商业目的, educational use, 或经本会明确批准的其他用途.
c. Scope of Use: 只对特定用途授予许可, purpose, 以及在批准的请求中指定的期限. 超出范围的任何额外使用必须另行申请.
d. No Alterations: The requester shall not modify, adapt, 或未经ACTFL事先书面同意，根据受版权保护的材料创作衍生作品.
e. Termination of Permission: 联会保留随时撤销已批出许可的权利.
